Robert Dilts is one of the original developers of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He began his work in the field in the mid-1970s at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has continued to develop models for learning, coaching and change.
He created the NeuroLogical Levels model explored in this article and is known for Sleight of Mouth and Strategies of Genius. Together with Judith DeLozier, he founded NLP University in Santa Cruz.
